Oh So Frilly’s New Bridal Suite: Where Your Wedding Day Begins 💍
Once just a bedroom, the upstairs of our space had been sitting empty for years, filled with bins and boxes in storage. But the very first time I walked up those steep, old stairs, I saw its potential. I could immediately picture it transformed into a bridal suite. We wanted to create a space that feels both timeless and practical, where your wedding morning feels like part of the celebration. That vision came to life — and just weeks after we shared it on social media, the suite was already booked. ✨
Thrifting for the Fine Details
The very first piece I knew I needed for the bridal suite was a gorgeous antique mirror. I knew exactly where to look, and sure enough, I spotted the perfect white washed one tucked in the corner of an antique shop — it felt like it was meant for our space. There's no such thing as too many mirrors in a bridal suite, right? ✨
A bridal suite isn’t just about getting ready — it’s about creating space for moments like this, where the bride can pause, breathe, and take it all in.
The settee you see pictured has a special story too — it was gifted to us by one of our past brides from our sister company. From there, I made my way to Goodwill and Saint Vincent de Paul, where I knew I’d find some of the finishing touches. Sure enough, I came across a vintage coffee table, a wooden chest accented with pennies and additional chairs, including wooden ones with delicate bow details that couldn’t have been more fitting.
Candid Keepsakes from Your Morning
Our sister company, Clicksburgh Retro Rentals, specializes in audio guestbook phone rentals — vintage rotary phones reimagined with beautiful new shells and reprogrammed to record heartfelt messages at any special occasion. Who would have thought? The old soul in me was overjoyed when this idea first became a thing a few years ago, and it’s been a favorite ever since. Our Bridal Suite’s First Booking 💍
Almost immediately after releasing our bridal suite, we had a lovely client who lives in Texas book the suite for her upcoming Spring 2025 wedding. The excitement of booking this after all of that hard work (yes, that settee is heavier than it looks) was unexplainable. Our client's venue did not have a bridal suite, and there were just too many people staying in their Air Bnb. She wanted a space for her bridesmaids, mom, and grandma. They were the sweetest girls and we actually hung out with them as we just all connected so well!

Not only is our bridal suite absolutely charming, but with your rental you also get access to the entire house. Why? The Western Lounge: A Space for the Gentlemen
The guys completely took over our Western Lounge with card games, coffee, and ties scattered about. They loved having a space designed with them in mind — a room where they could actually relax and enjoy themselves. While the girls spent hours getting ready, the boys stayed perfectly chill, hanging out and playing games until about 30 minutes before it was time to head to the church for the ceremony. 🤠🥃
The Final Touch 🤍
We couldn’t resist ending with this moment — the bride’s Victorian-inspired gown, displayed on a vintage wooden hanger and framed beautifully by our antique double French doors. It’s one of those little details that feels simple, but looks absolutely magical in photos. Proof that even the smallest corners of our space can become the dreamiest backdrops. 🤍
