We bring the full experience directly to you. From the curated tablescape to the final clean-up, we ensure everything flows beautifully so you can be present with your guests. We don’t just drop off décor and disappear — we remain on site to host, guide, and make sure your gathering feels effortless from beginning to end.

The Tablescape: Pink & Lavender Elegance

For this particular event, our client was hosting a very special celebration for her dear friend’s 85th birthday. She envisioned soft pinks, lavender tones, and abundant florals-romantic, feminine, and timeless. With over 2,000 pieces of vintage china in our collection, creating the perfect combination requires intention. We never select pieces randomly. Every pattern is thoughtfully chosen to complement the overall aesthetic. A helpful guideline we follow is incorporating up to four coordinating designs. This creates that charming, curated mismatched look without overwhelming the table or allowing patterns to compete with one another.

For this celebration, we styled:

Rather than simply serving tea, we guide your guests through a tasting of our three exclusive custom loose-leaf blends, crafted intentionally for our events. Each tea is presented one at a time so guests can fully enjoy and compare them. What we love most? Guests often discover a blend they never expected to enjoy — and it becomes their favorite.

With each tea, we explain:

The ingredients and flavor notes
The ideal water temperature for steeping
How we recommend enjoying it (with milk, sugar, or honey)

We even provide pink edible lace sugar doilies that melt delicately into the tea — a charming detail that always sparks conversation.

There is truly a science behind loose-leaf tea, and guests genuinely enjoy learning about it. It transforms the gathering into something interactive and memorable. To complete the setting, we provide teacups and teapots that coordinate beautifully with the china, each teacup finished with a satin bow napkin in the color of your choice.
